Brokers are Limited to a Service Area that contains a maximum of 25 zip codes within a 20 mile radius of their Office. This is designed to limit the quantity of brokers that can register for membership in the association. The Association does not allow more than two brokers in any specialty to have the same zip code as their service area.

Property Managers have a Service Area, which can contain up to 500 zip codes, within a 20 mile radius of their office. Amount of zip codes allotted are based on membership level. There are four to choose from:

• Up to 25 Zip Codes
• Up to 50 Zip Codes
• Up to 100 Zip Codes
• Up to 500 Zip Codes

CREOBA allows up to four Property Managers to be assigned to the same zip code.

Banks and REO outsourcers all have different requirements and you may be able to receive listings in areas that are more than the 20 mile restriction CREOBA places on our members. You must also state your Commercial Specialty, i.e. Retail, Office, Industrial or Multi-Family. This is for the benefit of our Asset Managers so they can find the best commercial broker in the area for the property specialty type they have to sell.
