| | Details: | This is an introduction to Office BPO's. Students will actually have a chance to complete an Office BPO.
Presented by: Ed Savoy
Ed Savoy is the Chairman and CEO of Fortuno Management Inc, a multi-functional commercial real estate company specializing in asset management. Fortuno is also rapidly growing with regards to the management of Commercial REO properties.
He has completed the due diligence process for over 50 commercial transactions involving 90+ buildings for a total of over $4 billion worth of transactions. In addition to his experience with trophy class commercial assets, Ed has also consulted in the hospitality and gaming industry.
In addition to transactions and management, Mr. Savoy has also taken part in the construction of multiple mid and high rise buildings. He has finished tenant improvements for spaces as limited as 300 sq ft all the way to larger spaces consuming 213,000 sq ft. Ed has also overseen the design of entire hotels, lobbies, corridors, elevators, landscaping, water features, signage, and much more.
