| | Details: | This course is designed as an introduction to the facility maintenance services surrounding commercial REO sites. The course has been broken down chronologically to coincide with the anticipated sales process in pursuit of these properties. An in depth discussion of the three “legs” of the property preservation cycle; inspection, repair and maintenance ensues. These three functions form the foundation of any customized approach your client may wish to pursue to maintain the value of their REO. It is important for the broker to understand the depth and nature of these services as they may want to adjust their management fee accordingly to compensate for their involvement in the fulfillment of these needs. The broker who has a solid comprehension and understanding of these services is at a clear advantage and will be in a position to provide greater value to their client prospect.
