Presented by: Peter Harris who began investing in real estate in 2000. He has since purchased over 1000 residential units, from single family homes to large apartment complexes, totaling over 20 million dollars. These purchases have spanned the United States, from California to New York, Ohio, Texas and Oklahoma. His experience includes, but is not limited to, correcting management issues, rehabbing buildings, rehabbing buildings with mold issues, re-renting buildings with vacancy issues, re-marketing and re-branding properties. Peter has also worked for Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate and Coldwell Banker previously, focusing on buying and selling commercial real estate and residential income property in the San Francisco Bay Area, Peter began a real estate investment coaching mentorship program in 2003 and to date has coached over 200 individuals to begin their own investment careers. For 5 years, he has worked for Richdad’s Robert Kiyosaki Real Estate Investment Seminars, where he assisted the clients and staff for the three-day event.
