Track 5 - When a Commercial REO Property is assigned to a Broker, the Broker is expected to manage that Asset for the Owner. The Broker may perform these tasks directly or manage other contractors. These courses will sumarize what the Asset Manager expects from the Broker they have assigned the property to manage and sell.

Track 6 - Brokers are expected to complete is a Broker Price Opinion, (BPO) or somtimes called a Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) by Commercial Brokers. A BOV is more of a marketing document used by Commercial Brokers and usually much longer than the BPO form most REO Asset Management request their Brokers perform.
